For physical books and merchandise, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or other buyer-related reasons.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us at booksbyrachelstones@gmail within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.
